WCMA members came together on November 6 at Milwaukee Valve Co. in Prairie du Sac for the 2025 Annual Meeting - a full day of valuable insights, industry updates, and member engagement. The event began with a warm welcome from WCMA President Bryant Esch and an exclusive plant tour showcasing Milwaukee Valve’s remarkable operations.

Throughout the day, attendees heard from expert speakers on a range of key topics, including Wisconsin’s business and legislative outlook with Scott Manley (WMC), insurance and worker’s compensation updates from Katie Hensley (Cottingham & Butler), and an in-depth discussion on tariffs led by Dan McCarthy (McCarthy Consulting LLC).

WCMA members had an inspiring day at WMC’s Business Day in Madison on October 23, 2025, held at the Monona Terrace Community & Convention Center. The event brought together business leaders from across the state to explore key issues impacting Wisconsin’s business community. Attendees participated in a full day of engaging sessions, including leadership insights from professional coach Steve Jones, an economic outlook from Bank of America experts Joseph Quinlan and Lauren Sanfilippoe, and a geopolitical perspective from best-selling author Peter Zeihan.

The day also featured a CEO Fireside Chat with Diane Hendricks of ABC Supply Co., the Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin Award, and an Economic Reaction Panel with top executives from Blain’s Supply, Waupaca Foundry, and Burger Boat Company. Attendees left energized by the day’s discussions, fresh ideas, and valuable connections.
